We have kept intact the Golden apples of yesteryear, planted by our grandparents, convinced that we should bet on the flavor rather than the appearance.
It’s been 25 years since we started selling our Golden Russeting apples, which today enjoy great recognition and appreciation, especially in the demanding market of northern Spain. One of our secrets is that we haven’t followed current trends that prioritize the fruit’s appearance over its flavor (in order to increase sales).
Golden Russeting is a registered trademark with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, positioned at the same level as, or higher than, other premium apples produced in the best growing regions of the world. Furthermore, it adheres to all our protocols. “Zero Residue” project to offer the consumer a fruit completely free of residues and pesticides.
